Dear WPELRA Supporters,

In the HR world, we often feel like we may be alone in the universe. This year’s ATC for the WPELRA team is to remind you that you are not in your own little Area 51, and we are all in this together. This year we celebrate the 51st year with an out of this world conference bringing in speakers on creative new concepts, and legal guidance and compliance. With any ATC some of the best learning is done from the discussions with your peers who are navigating the asteroid field of HR catastrophes. It is not time to abandon ship; we need to work together at warp speed in order to find resolutions to help bring our public sector agencies to the new frontier.

Now, more than ever, organizations like WPELRA are essential to help us adapt to these changes and ensure the continued success of our public sector institutions. Your unwavering support and commitment to WPELRA and the broader public sector community have been indispensable in achieving this mission, and as we look forward to 2025, we are excited to celebrate WPELRA's 51st anniversary.

We cordially invite you to join us for the 2025 Annual Conference, a flagship event set to take place at The Madison Concourse Hotel in Madison, WI, on January 30, and January 31, 2025. Over the years, our partnership has allowed public employers across the state to thrive and learn collectively.
