Greetings!
On behalf of the National PELRA Board of Directors, and the Annual Training Conference (ATC) Committee, I am pleased to welcome you and chair the National PELRA Annual Training Conference in Savannah, GA in 2024. We have all weathered through some serious challenges the last several years and through it all the National PELRA has focused our attention on your needs and believed in your ability to stay the course to represent the best of Labor Relations and Human Resources.
This year’s conference will allow you to take part in learning opportunities, thought provoking concurrent sessions, and inspire you with incredible plenaries that are designed to educate and lift you up at the same time. Through it all, you will have the chance to interact with some of the nation’s brightest presenters in public sector LR/HR and connect with your colleagues from across the country.
Your ATC committee has recognized the importance of your development and designed a program that will focus on a variety of professional topics designed to help you find clarity in work and achieve your goals in collaboration with your decision makers and partners. Finally, the National PELRA has always focused our attention on you and your networking, and the setting on the beautiful Savannah River will be a fantastic place to do that!
We look forward to seeing you in Savannah in April!
