Helen Kim and Kelly Coyle will summarize recent decisions and administrative developments at the Illinois Labor Relations Board, Jim Powers will provide his annual legislative update about new laws and regulations about which public employers should be aware for the upcoming calendar year, Frances Orenic and Carolyn Franke will review the AFL-CIO's legislative agenda for 2027 and beyond while predicting new labor and employment legislation at the federal and state level.
